Hyalase
Hyalase is a prescription-only enzyme used to dissolve hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. It is commonly used when filler has been incorrectly placed, migrated, or if the patient is unhappy with the result. It can also be used in emergencies such as vascular occlusion.

PRocedure
After a consultation and patch test (to rule out allergy), the area is cleaned and marked. Hyalase is injected directly into the area where filler needs to be dissolved. The product begins working immediately, and results are typically visible within 24–48 hours.

Mild to moderate – a stinging sensation may be felt during injection.
